Ryan and Zoe were one of the most laid back and fun couples I've had the honor of photographing!

Many of you know this, but in the summer of 2019, I moved to Madison, Wisconsin and spent a few months job hunting. I was lucky enough to land a marketing position with the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association. I shared on our interweb that I was doing photography as a side job and wanted to offer my services to any of my coworkers. That's when Ryan's mother, Tracey, reached out to me and asked if I'd be interested in shooting her son's wedding day. I'm so thankful for this opportunity, and to have met this family.

Ryan and Zoe's wedding day was the perfect fall wedding, with warm enough temps for outdoor photos, and beautiful, golden sunlight! Their three small children, as well as the rest of their bridal party, were so much fun and welcoming that it melted any nerves I had away.
